Ответили: "We still use a good quality of defog with these, but no cleaning or prep needed using toothpaste or mask scrub (defiantly not fire as it will destroy the HD coating) If you find that your mask starts fogging, then your defog is not "sticking" to the lens. This is usually caused by body oils or sunscreen building up on the lens. Use a nonabrasive dish soap (like Dawn) to clean the lens, which should allow the defog to stick and work."
