Nikon N65

Доброго времени суток!
Прошу совета!
Продается камера - пленочная зеркалка Nikon N65:
Оччень хочется взять.
Предполагаю брать также подобную цифровую зеркалку Nikon D40 или Nikon D80, поэтому оптика позже может быть совместимая для обоих камер.
Что скажете по камере Nikon N65, брать?
По оптике: могу и ошибаться - просветите: оптика будет совместимой для указанных моделей?
